This information is from article 13 of the law 196/2003 – personal data protection code for anyone who uses or accesses Ponte Giulio S.p.A. – Loc. Ponte Giulio – 05019 – Orvieto - TR (Italy) company websites : www.pontegiulio.it, www.pontegiulio.com, www.pontegiuliousa.com, www.midioplan.com, www.midioplan.it.


The information is only for the above mentioned sites and not for other web sites that the user may visit through links. Users must refrain from giving sensitive data when consulting this site, or registering on the forms provided, as Ponte Giulio is not authorised to this treatment (Art. 26 of laws 196/2003) and will therefore be forced to delete such data.

Treatment methods


The data will be treated for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and successively for the fulfilment of laws, as well as future business and marketing purposes regarding promotional work and the sale of products, by sending advertising material or using other systems of commercial communication.


 


Netsurfing data


This website acquires some personal data, using specific software, which is implicit of the normal internet communication protocol. The information in question may not be associated with specific people but may, through specific elaboration, or through data kept by third parties, allow the user to be identified.


This includes: IP addresses, user domain names, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses, resources which are accessed within the site, time of access, methods of access, dimensions of downloaded files, the place where the request was made, the operating system.


The purpose of using netsurfing data is only to provide the owner with anonymous statistics on the use of the site to be able to manage it. Data may also be used by competent authorities if electronic crimes have been committed, damaging the site, and the cause needs to be determined.

The systems used are Omniture SiteCatalyst®, ShinyStat™, WebTrends and Google Analytics, the latter is a analytic web service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics, like other systems uses “cookies” which are test files that are deposited on your computers to allow web sites to analyze how the users use them. The information acquired by the cookies (including your IP address) will be sent and deposited on the Google server in the United States. Google will use this information in order to trace and examine how you use the web site, compile reports on website activity for site operators and provide other services related to activity on this site and the use of the internet. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where the law obliges or when third parties treat the above mentioned information on behalf of Google.
